Good Morning all, word has reached us that the Presidency/PDP members are plotting to postpone the forth coming elections, they have plans to instigate protest against the Independent National Electoral commission to postpone the 14th February elections and the other 28 general elections. Some insiders told some Newspaper houses that as part of a plot to postpone the elections Women and youths will be hired to march around the INEC offices and state house with their placards complaining that they have been refused PVC (Permanent voters card) which they will insist for a postponement thereby they will be disenfranchised. It seems the outbreak of Cholera is becoming more and more rampant, Anambra state has recorded death of 8 people in the state as asserted by the Health commissioner Joe Akabuike. The state has recorded about 25 cases in January, a team of health workers have been deployed to the state as soon as the outbreak occurred. 20 cases have also been reported in Bayelsa state which lead to death. The disease is said to have been recorded more in the southern part of Nigeria but that the health officials are in full swing to combat the disease. Cholera is usually transmitted to humans through contaminated food or water and kills within a short period of time. we can avoid this outbreak by observing acts of cleanliness by washing our hands regularly and eating good clean food. Ghanaian actresses Yvonne Nelson and talk show host Jocelyn Dumas have been the latest celebrities to join the campaign to fight Cholera in August 2014.

The on going Governor of Edo state Comrade Adams Oshimole says hes problem with President Jonathan started when the latter abandoned the state and did nothing for them despite securing 95% votes of Edo people for his re-election in 2011. Governor Oshimole told an APC gathering rally at Ikpoba- Okha Local Government area that the people of Edo state has decided to withdraw their support for President Jonathan and back the Presidential candidate of the APC General Buhari. He also stated that the people of Edo state could not accept another four years of misrule by the PDP. Could this be termed as "biting the hands which feeds you" well we have to wait and see come 14th February 2015 will the people of Edo state still vote for  President Jonathan or are they indeed going by their words and vote for General Buhari? we will be watching out ....... xoxo!!

Hello people, hope your day is going on well?.. I woke up this morning to read from a site i follow Nigeria News Channel that the Federal Government of Nigeria has put in plans to ban/block all porn websites in the country as stated by the  National security adviser Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd) at a closing ceremony on  a 3 day workshop on use of social media organised for Islamic preachers, Imams and Youths in kaduna state on Sunday 25th January 2015. I am sorry to say but the Nigerian Government has misplaced priorities and banning porn sites is not the answer to the problems we have in this country,sexual conduct/ homosexuality is a personal matter and not the governments problem,when have we finished tackling Boko Haram, insecurity/violence corruption,embezzlement/fraud and other can of worms eating up our country?Porn websites are the least of our problems,i hope we can concentrate on the real issues and leave sentiments aside. xoxo!!
